Be not afraid! You will not be frightened this coming Halloween because the Two Serendra District Council spearheaded by its District Two Council Head, Prof. Nelia Cruz-Sarcol and Animal Welfare Group Leader, Ms. Karla Kangleon prepared a bunch of activities that will keep you on your toes! A mishmash of fun and exciting activities and prizes await you, your whole family and your pet. Yes! You read it right. Everyone will have a one-of-a-kind “Howl’oween” experience this 22nd day of October 2011.

Everyone is encouraged to don an animal or dog costume and have the chance to win the Best Animal Costume Award. The 3rd Placer will be given Php 500.00, the 2nd Placer will be granted Php 1000.00, and the 1st Placer will be awarded Php 1500.00.

Prepare and decorate your trick or treat basket and you may find yourself winning the Best Trick or Treat Basket Award. The winners will take home the following prizes: one (1) bag of chocolates and toothbrush for 3rd Placer; two (2) bags of chocolates and toothbrush for 2nd Placer; and three (3) bags of chocolates and toothbrush for the 1st Placer.

The party doesn’t end there. The highlight of the “Howl’oween Party is the Best Show-and-Tell Speaker (“My Pet”). The children will need to register before they can join the contest. There will only be a maximum number of 10 contestants for the said event. A surprise grand prize will be in store for the winner.

In addition, loads of fun and exciting games will be held during the event. Prizes for the games will be donated by Prof. Nelia Cruz-Sarcol, Chairman of the Board and CEO of CIE British School with campuses in Makati, Cebu and Tacloban.

Please register and get your FREE TICKETS at the KPSO Payment Center. There will also be a Pet Healthe Check by Beterenario sa Fort (BSF).
