Norway claims require U.S. cruise missiles of the JSM AIO will be available in the armament of the F-35 ligntning II.

Accordingly, Norway would expect an answer in six months, if there is no definitive answer, then Congress will refuse to buy F-35 aircraft.

Noting that Norway is one of the international partners of the project F-35. In particular, the Norwegian company Kongsberg Gruppen JSM missile is manufactured variants of the air medium-range anti-ship missiles NSM.

According to the original route, JSM will be one of the standard weapon of the F-35 to 2019. But so far the U.S. is not completely confirmed that the missiles are actually present in the weapons of the F-35.
