Documentary Evidence of Crimes against Humanity committed by the Assad Police State Dictatorship.

Hakim was called Abudl Louai Al Amir, was 40 years and six children, and was professor of Arabic at a private school in an eastern suburb of Riyadh (Saudi Arabia) for 18 long years. A video posted on YouTube , in which has been recognized by his students and colleagues, shows how he was tortured when he returned from vacation to his country, Syria, by special forces of the regime of Bashar al-Assad that eventually killed him.

Al Amir was arrested on August 7 in his village, 20 km from Homs, and died six days later from the wounds he inflicted. His body was returned to his family. "Their only crime was to come from Saudi Arabia and a beard," said his father to Saudi newspaper Arab News. Islamists tend to wear beards.

The head of school in Riyadh, Adnan al-Naas, said it was a teacher loved and respected by his students. He recalled that he advised against traveling to Syria, where hundreds of thousands of citizens protesting almost daily against the regime, but Al Amir insisted on doing it because "he missed his family" had moved there on vacation.

Al Naas knew what happened last weekend when he called Al Amir's wife who asked him to look up the video. The school has organized a memorial service to remember their deceased master.
