The armed forces of Nigeria reported that two soldiers were involved in the kidnapping of the father of Chelsea football star John Obi Mikel.

Jaduwa added that the soldier was dismissed from the army Thlama for his involvement in the kidnapping of Michael Obi, which occurred last month in central Nigeria.

The role of other cash, Sergeant Victor Essien, was still under investigation.

The kidnappers took the father of Mike to Kano in the north. The police managed to free him and arresting six suspects.

It was reported that the kidnappers demanded a sum of U.S. $ 4,000 million as ransom.
