Sweden had a nightmare draw in next year's Davis Cup when last year's winner Serbia waits for the second consecutive year. In the year Serbia won 4-1 in the quarterfinals in Halmstad, next year will be the away game in the first round from 10-12 February.

- We have a good handle on them. They have been world number one (Novak Djokovic) and we have a world star in Robin Soderling, but obviously it's a really tough road game, said DC-captain Thomas Enqvist to the Lawn Tennis Association website.
