A few days ago the Equality Tribunal ruled in Johannesburg for the South African Ambassador homophobia in Uganda for having written an article last year 2008 in which charged against gay people and defended the criminalization of it. After being blamed by different courts, a judge has decided to position the country in their favor, condemning LGBT organization that claimed to pay legal expenses. This ambassador is best known for his controversial columns in the local press.

The LGBT says it is disappointed: "It's a big disappointment for LGBT associations, especially since Jon Qwelane no apology ever," said Mazibuko Jara, President of 'Project of the Gay and Lesbian Equality. "

ONE AND A SHAME DECPCION. And as we say in Spain "HORNS UP SALW", as they have to pay the expenses of the trial.
