Go to any drive through fast food joint and place your order, nine times out of ten -something will be wrong. Anything from the order being wrong, getting the wrong drink, your food not done the way you requested, or you don't get anything to eat with (including napkins, straws, or plastic utensils).
Try ordering something new or different, like a special salad, it will be made different every time. Employees can’t tell you what goes in it, on it, or with it. Go to the web site and see what you were really suppose to get when you ordered the meal.
Remember when you were given the straw with your drink? Now, if you're lucky it will be in the bag with your food (and you'll find it after you try to fold the top of the bag over). If you don’t get a straw, asking for one is like expecting the employee go over and above their job description.
It doesn't matter which fast food place, the time of day or day of the week. It doesn't matter if you frequent that "restaurant" several times a week, or who you are - something is bound to be wrong.
Don't even try to confuse them when paying for the meal - you'll not only lose money, you'll still get a messed up order. Whatever happened to trying to do your job correctly and with pride?
