One not sure of himself lifts Holy Quran: Pir Mazhar

KARACHI: Senior Minister, Pir Mazharul Huque has said that only those who think that their words would not be taken true lift the Holy Quran, however, he added he was not calling Zulfiqar Mirza a liar, Geo News reported.

He accompanied by the Sindh Governor, Ishrartul Ebad paid homage to the Quaid-e-Azam at his mausoleum on the Quaid’s death anniversary this day.

Later talking to media, Pir Mazharul Huque said that he along with Zulfiqar Mirza had gone to London on a goodwill mission to meet Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM)’s Quaid Altaf Hussain and exchange views on Sindh situation and making public of the discussions in the meeting was not proper.

He said he had met Altaf Hussain in 1989 also and added that in our province of Sindh, only those lift the Holy Quran who think that their words would not be believed.

When quizzed are you calling Zulfiqar Mirza a liar, he replied “I will not call him a liar.”
