Health therefore , is the abilty to develop one's spiritual nature to the fullest potential and to acquire our basic purpose in life; to learn how to give and to receive love, joy and peace on order to proceed a fulfilling vibrant life. And best of all is to contribute the improvements of the spiritual health to others.
