Dozens of supporters and opponents of former Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak on Monday hit up near the court where the trial of ex-dictator resumed.

Mubarak, whose health is faltering, arrived lying on a stretcher. He stands accused of corruption and involvement in the murder of nearly 850 protesters. During the day, heard the first witnesses, to find out who ordered the firing on demonstrators.

If Mubarak convicted he risks the death penalty.
