Julian Assange: WikiLeaks Readies Lawsuit Against Credit Card Companies For Blocking Funds

The Web site Wikileaks is considering whether to publish a new U.S. diplomatic cables through a query on Twitter.

Last week, Wikileaks published another 134,000 new U.S. diplomatic cables.

Spokesmen of the page said the survey would be interactive now at 100 in favor to one against.
