The Red Dragaon i.e China is spewing big fires from its sharp claws on Indian boarders with a clear intention to provoke the India and to watch the probable U.S. reactions towards China. ‘China has been deploying since few months its PLA (Peoples Liberation of Army) along the Indian boarders on three-is-to-one basis and also placed CSS-5 Medium Range Ballastic Missiles along LAC (Line of Actual Control) for high-intensity Combat with India in the near future according to Pentagon assessment.
Now India has become a major target for China rather than its fear of intervention in Tiwan by United States of America. Besides deploying troops and nuclear arsenal along the Indian boarders, China has been constructing a large number of roads ways and Railway Tracks upto Indo-Chinese boardrs which are just about 10 kilometers away from the Gujarat State, to move its PLA Divisions within hours towards Sino-Indian boarders, in case of future conflict. Chinese ships have also moved around Indian territorial waters in this month, stealthily to assess the Indian missile launching and radar capabilities.
Accoarding to Indo-American Stratagic Analysts, if the Chines J-20 Stealth Fighter project is completed full fledgedly, the Indian Sukhoi-30 Fighters, Spy Drones would become obsolate before the J-20s Stealth Technology and could become troublesome for the newly constituted Offensive Mountain Strike Corps by Indian Army. China has outnumbered India in Armed Forces with 2.30 million Active Second Artillary Corps, and Peoples Armed Police Force (PAP) with 660,000 troops, 800,000 men in Reserve Force, and 10 million Militia, 64 SSBN, SSK, SSN submarines with nuclear powered ballastic missiles, 75 warships, over 1500 Fighter Jets, 600 TU-22M, TU-95 Attack Bombers, 5 AWACS, 80 14IL-76MD Transport Air Craft, 12 4IL-78 Air Craft Tankers, 30 Special Missions, and 7,500 Battle Tanks, 10,000 Strategic Land and Sea based Dong Feng and JuLang Nuclear and other Conventional Missiles with Single and Nuclear War Heads (IRBM, ICBM, MRBM, SRBM, SLBM, LACMs), 4,00,000 Air Force personnel, 2,55,000 Navy personnel with 28 Destroyers, 49 Frigates, 60 Large and Medium Landing Ships, 230 Fast Attack Crafts, 1 Air Craft Carrier and 1,600,000 Ground Forces and Atomic Bombs, Hydrogen Bombs, First and Second generation Atomic War Heads. In all aspects India has less than half of the Chinese Defense Capabilties in numerically speaking. Moreover Chinese Army has a Division of 10,000 Post-Pegions since 1950s, in case of failure of communication net works during the war times.
While in the Defense front Chinese acts are overt, according to Strategic Analysts, China has also been launching covert activities in India particularly in identifying the politically disturbed areas, in the guise of educational and industrial technology activities. Recntly a Chinese delegation visited India to conduct Public Administaration Seminar and selected the Politically distrubed Osmania University at Hyderabad with a “specific view” to conduct the International level Seminar, and put a condition to the Indian professors that other countries’ delegates and participants of Seminar would be selected and invited by Chinese delegation on its discretion, which is due to be held in the second half of 2012. Eventhough other Universities in South India are interested in hosting the Seminar, Chinese delegation is showing much interest in the Osmania University, where large section of Hostel students are agitating frequently for division of Andhra Pradesh state. And no where in the Indian Universities the students are doing such kind of agitations as in Osmania University or other Universities in the Telengana region.
This type of specific location selections and conditions by Chinese delegation are giving raise to suspicions to the Indian Intelligence sources, as Osmania University has become, since three years, a policial plotform for Telengana Saparatists, who have massive Maoist support. It is understood that China has also been showing keen interest in politically distrubed Hyderabad city in offering its small scale industry technology transfer to Telengana districts, and also held meetings in recent times with some officials of the small-scale Industries Department and invited some of the people to visit China. Their intentions are specially being pointed out by the Strategic Analysts, why China is not interested in conducting educational seminars in Andhra or Rayalaseema districts, where the people are striving for unity of the state of Andhra Pradesh. If China truly need amicable acadamic and industrial relations with India, there is no need to deploy PLA forces and Nuclear Missiles along the LAC and in other parts of Sino-Indian boarders to startle the Indians residing in the boarder areas in Gujarat, Assam and Nagaland areas.
So, Pentagon’s assessment of Chinese intentions towards India can not be ruled out, as United Stated has also got adequate evidence that China launched Cyber War against United States and its friendly countries in recent times.
