Misuse of Dowry laws

Dear Readers,

I wish to draw your attention towards the evils of Misuse of Dowry law sec-498a and Domestic violence Act in India by some women who are greedy and need easy money , harass their husbands , father-in-law,mother-in-law,sister-in-law,brother-in-law and all other innocent family members. These laws provide a tool in the hands of such ladies to harrass and extract money from innocent family members. This practice fuels the breaking of the families .

Even the police officials, register the complaint of the ladies and make F.I.Rs without doing any proper investigation or rather it would be better to say that biased investigations are done ,which are against the constitution . i.e. According to Articles in the constitution, there should be no discrimination on the basis of caste,creed, sex or colour.

Also, in case of Domestic Violence Act, Male person cannot file any complaint against the female. This is a clear violation of the Articles. No actions are taken against the women who are proved to be guilty but swift action are taken against the male persons and family members ,even if they are not guilty. The Rampant misuse of Dowry laws 498a and Domestic Violence Act is the main culprit responsible for family break-ups. Now ,Its the time to form a association or Team against such draconian laws and especially those women and their parents, who wants easy money and harass innocent families. This should be stopped at any cost , It is more serious than the disease of Corruption. I appeal to all such persons and families who are becoming prey to this disease, to come forward and form a association and Join our movement. Thanks. Jai Hind.
