August 25, 2011 -- Paris Hilton has fought a long battle to remain the princess of reality TV, but she lost the war. The Kim Kardashian wedding brought in higher ratings than any other show E! Network has ever run on their entertainement channel. Now, Oxygen is rumored to be cancelling The World According to Paris after only one season.

After dismal ratings left the Oxygen network disappointed in Hilton's ability to draw viewers to their network, the news that Keeping Up With The Kardashians has set new records for the rival network's channel could not have been good news for the socialite to hear.

Kim Kardashian married NBA basketball player Kris Humphries in a lavish wedding that E! has been claiming was the American version of the Royal Wedding.
