Camarines SurWith 71,330 votes lead and two towns not included in the total canvass, Leni Robredo was proclaimed winner at 11:30 p.m. Wednesday as 3 rd District Representative of Camarines Sur, beating opponent Nelly Favis-Villafuerte, who got 31,364 votes.
