A number of Iranian Refugees in Würzburg (Germany) went on hunger strike to protest against refugees’ dire conditions in this city.

According to several Iranian bloggers, since yesterday, dozens of Iranian refugees have begun a hunger strike to protest against refugees' dire conditions in Würzburg.

This happened after Mohammad Rahsepar - an Iranian asylum seeker committed suicide in a refugee camp in Würzburg.

The 30 year old asylum seeker was an Iranian police officer. He arrived at the refugee camp in Würzburg seven months ago.

He had been hospitalized two times due to depression caused by the bad conditions in the camp.

He had threatened several times that if German authorities don't evaluate his refugee case, he will kill himself.
