Before the district court in Lodz in Poland on Monday began the process of 50-year-old man Witold L. accused of strangling his 33-year old partner from the area of ​​Rawa Mazowiecka. 50-year old man in the investigation, admitted to choking a woman. From his relationships indicated that both went by car to the nearby forest, where he strangled 33-year-old woman. Then he abandoned car with her body. The police found the car in the area of ​​the train station in Skierniewice.

On the back seat of the victims bodies were covered with clothes. The results of the autopsy confirmed that 33-year-old woman was strangled to death by covering your mouth and nose. Not found on her body no traces of defense.

The accused told the investigation that the victim herself wanted to be killed because they wanted to be together, but could not due to lack of funds. Then the man - according to his explanation - going to commit suicide, he took psychotropic drugs and drank it with vodka, but survived.

In the opinion of the prosecution, this version of events, however, is not convincing to the end. The witnesses know that the victim intended to end the relationship. Couple broke up with him once in the vicinity of Valentine's Day, but after requests man again descended. The accused gave a different name, also disappeared jewelry offerings.

According to investigators, the woman was heavily influenced by the accused. It isn't known why the victim lied to family, because the accused had neither station nor she at him did not work.
